Our first Calling the Muse episode dropped long before we had the readership we do now (thank you!), so we're reprising a conversation with Mike Dorrell and series host, Julie Jensen. Mike's a "Welshman in exile," and we're happy he's here. His creative career spans over 50 years, including work with the BBC, as a poet, filmmaker, and mystery writer. These days, he divides his time in London, Wales, Salt Lake City, and Sundance. In addition to discussing technique with Julie, the conversation is replete with literary references.
