We offer a generous referral discount of 50%, including discount, if the referral results in a project. For example, if you choose a discounted Kangaroo Plan, $2795, and SPI gets a successful referral from you, your price for project development cost will be $1397.50, a super great deal! We offer a free staging site where work can be done without search engine interference. You’ll get a dedicated IP, up to 50GB email, hosted WAF (firewall), the ability to multisite, pro plugins, ecommerce and email marketing, analytics options, and your choice of worldwide data centers. In addition, you’ll have unlimited content updates, forms, performance tests, optimization, SEO, site administration, security, and 24/7 tech support, all for one discounted monthly fee. For a complete rundown, check out our Website Design Plans.
“Hosting” is a service that enables websites to be accessible on the world wide web. SuperPage provides high-speed dedicated hosting, discounted at 30%, but the core business is creating custom sites for our clients, and hosting is included at no extra charge (see Website Design Plans).
A domain name is a unique identifier for a web site across the internet, such as [yourname].com.
You can find your perfect domain name(s) here. We’ll register it for you.
If you already have a domain name, SuperPage can transfer it to our servers, or you can keep it where it is, e.g., godaddy, network solutions, etc.
Professional email is email with your own email address and domain name.
Why professional email?
- Customers are much more likely to trust a professional address like nick@nicksoutdoor.com than nicksoutdoor875@notmail.com.
- Professional Email provides world-class security with industry-leading spam and virus filters.
- Personalized email promotes your business more effectively. Every time you send an email, you are giving your web address to customers and prospects, encouraging them to visit your website.
SuperPage offers several professional email options, including:
- Ten emails for small businesses or non-profits, available with our High-Speed Dedicated Hosting Plans
- 15 GB to 50 GB email storage per person with our Website Design Plans
Yes. We can also set you up for subscriptions and donations, on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. The funds can be transferred directly into your bank or credit union account. We use Forminator Pro, Stripe, and several others. In addition, if you want to provide merchandise, e.g., stickers, baseball caps, t-shirts, etc., all to support your non-profit, we can help you set up a woo commerce account for non-profits. If you don’t have a merchant account, we can help you establish one.
From experience, developing a site boils down to five steps, or phases, 1) Content, an initial content package; 2) Design, the architecture of the site; 3) Development, creation of pages, posts, images, code, etc.; 4) Prototype, a run of the first draft site from the staging server, followed by specific revisions or additions that go back to Development, Design, or Content phases for more work; and 5) Launch, when the finished site is moved from staging to production (live). There’s a more detailed description of our Five Point Development process and the tools we use here. When the site goes live it moves into site administration for analysis and updates.
No. When you choose one of our High-Speed Dedicated Hosting Plans, you’ll have plenty of creative website design options, from a blank slate to templates, but it’s largely up to you to design your site. However, we will provide 24/7 chat support, email with your domain name, plus a generous list of features.
SPI’s Website Design Plans provide full-service development, from concept to launch, a full compliment of add-ons, site administration, and unlimited updates.
Yes. We “migrate” (copy and place) your live (existing) site, lock, stock, and barrel, including the database, onto your new server. After the existing site has been duplicated and checked for completeness, we copy the site to a staging server. The staging site is designed so that nobody except designated admins can see what’s happening in the background, far away from visitors and potential saboteurs. Meanwhile, the existing site remains live. After the changes have been made and approved, we copy the staging site to your domain. This only takes minutes. If it’s a big site, we’ll put an “under construction” page on the old site before copying the staging site.
No, site administration isn’t the same thing as site maintenance, it’s much more. Typically, the kind of site “maintenance” other hosting firms offer includes ongoing hosting and support, which is good, but that’s about it. However, SuperPage takes site maintenance much further. That’s why we refer to it as site administration. Here’s a link that explains SPI’s site administration.
We provide unlimited support, included with our Website Design Plans and our High-Speed Dedicated Hosting plans. You’ll have 27/7 chat access to our team of experts. Real people, BTW.
Yes. Forms are where the real action is on a site. Our forms are drag and drop, customizable with typical fields such as name, address, email, and phone. But we take this much further with your choice among:
- “radio buttons” (multiple choice),
- check boxes,
- text areas (paragraph),
- number fields,
- date and time stamps,
- ratings,
- Likert scales,
- file uploads,
- branching and logic,
- merchant gateways, and
- more.
In addition, SPI offers you form options with interactive polls and quizzes, which can help you better understand the intentions of your audience.
Beyond the “Submit” Button. Suppose one of your forms requires a signature, e.g., a consent form, or a letter of agreement with SOW and terms of service, we’ll provide a link to a variety of signing apps. It’s a simple one-click way of getting business done without the paperwork. If you have payments on your form, you’ll be taken to the payment page automatically. Cool? Yes!
If you’re selling products we’ll help you set up shopping carts with coupon codes, payment gateways, and “buy now” buttons.
Form Data. In terms of feedback, you get an email with all form data, and the visitor gets a thank you email with customizable form data that can be personalized with a note from you including the visitor’s name, address, etc. For sales, donations, or subscriptions, the purchaser gets an email receipt and you get all form data which can be downloaded as a CSV file or similar format. With SuperPage you can set up as many forms as you like on your site at no extra charge.
In terms of security, all of our forms use ReCaptcha and others to keep spammers out. And we now offer CleanTalk, free of charge.
With the advent of AI overviews, traditional search has changed radically, but this massive paradigm shift hardly rules out using SEO plugins. In fact, if designed properly, an SEO plugin can be advantageous for AI. There are a lot of good things about plugin-based SEO content analysis, it can help you organize your message more logically, it can help you tie in your meta descriptions, and by way of reminders, it can help you with headings and subheadings. But it’s really not necessary for an internal SEO readability analysis of a page or post to show up as “easy to understand,” “difficult to understand,” etc. Really, that’s no big deal, especially when your content may consist of complex text. Rather than spending time attempting to compromise the substance of your message for the sake of an “easy” read, we will help you organize your content in a way that your audience will understand without any loss to your essential message. In addition, we’ll help you design your SEO tasks and content in ways that AI models can easily process.
Our SEO plugin preference is Smartcrawl Pro, which is included with both our website design plans and our high-speed dedicated hosting plans. SmartCrawl Pro effectively addresses 1) the essential granular issues of organic SEO, and 2) the realities of AI overviews. SmartCrawl Pro provides on-page optimization and the following useful features:
- meta title
- meta description
- sitemaps
- Open Graph metadata, especially useful for social media posts
- adding content for RSS feeds, which protects you against content scraping. RSS feeds helps google know that you’re the originator of the content.
- 301 redirect management. A 301 redirect makes sure a page that you’ve trashed, re-named and linked on another page is sent to the proper URL. Otherwise, you may get a “404” (page not found). Obviously, 404’s are bad for SEO.
You can get a good look at how your sites SEO is performing with our weekly reports and analytics options,
Sure. All of our sites are “responsive,” meaning that they’ll automatically reformat themselves based on the screen area of a given device, and we always test your site on each platform if adjustments are necessary. Here are three screenshots of the same page, a desktop, an iPad, and a smartphone, iPhone or Android.

Yes. We provide comprehensive security, much more than any hosting/design firm in the industry. Our Security page will give you a very good idea how serious we are about keeping your site safe from hackers, or any attempted intrusion. For starters, all sites come with an WAF (firewall). We routinely monitor sites every day, and our alert system will tell us if something fishy is happening, and we act immediately. The AntiBot Global Firewall compiles malicious IPs from 250,000+ websites, updated every 12 hours and reviewed weekly for accuracy. With its intelligent & advanced IP blocklist, you can proactively safeguard your sites against potential threats. In addition, all sites come with reCAPTCHA, and now, CleanTalk Anti-Spam, which we think is the best in the business. We have the experience, tools, and skills to keep the bad guys away from your site.
Yes. Included with all Website Design Plans. We’ll help you set up your Facebook for Business page, and provide tailored content. In addition, we’ll help you with any other social media content, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, BlueSky, and more. Assuming you already have a social media presence, we’ll make sure that your web site integrates seamlessly to your social media post(s) and enhances your message.
Yes. We’ll help you design and develop your ecommerce site with WooCommerce, the most popular ecommerce platform. For gateways and payment systems, we use Forminator Pro, Stripe, and/or your preference. For larger volume, we’ll help you set you on Amazon FBA.
Yes. Email marketing remains the most effective means of reaching your audience, accepting donations, selling your brand, up to 40 times more effective than social media, according to a study done by McKinsey & Company. It’s a judgement call as to which email marketing system is best, but we’re partial to MailPoet. Integrated with WooCommerce, MailPoet has features we like, e.g., 5,000 emails/month at no cost (Kangaroo plan), 70+ templates, ease of use, tremendous support, and seminars.
There are a lot of good ones in addition to MailPoet, if you have a preference, great, we’ll work with you.
We review our clients sites for updates every day. We use only the most reliable plugins, and we keep all of your themes up to date.
Yes. We encourage our clients to keep the content of their sites up to date, especially blogs. We’ll set you up, and work with you so that you can understand how to do it yourself. WordPress, after all, was first established as a bloggers platform (it’s much more than that now), and if millions and millions of WordPress users around the globe can keep their sites – and blogs – up to date, so can you.
However, many of our professional clients don’t have the time to dig in to the back end of their sites, so they send us the updates they want via text, phone, or email, and we do it for them. Unlimited content updates are included with our Website Design Plans.
We backup once a day, optionally every hour, and archive your backups so that you can not only restore a recent backup but an old backup, too. In addition to that, before we make any major changes to the content of your site or update WordPress, we back up.
Should you experience a technical or content-related issue that requires a restore to a previous version, let us know and we’ll restore your site at no charge.
Yes. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is designed to protect health insurance coverage for workers and their families when they change or lose their jobs (Portability) and to protect health data integrity, confidentiality, and availability (Accountability). We provide HIPAA-Compliant Services through our Microsoft 365 professional offering.
Regarding Accountability, HIPAA-Compliant Services are particularly important, required by law in fact, for organizations that share or intend to share sensitive medical information over the internet. SPI will move your information to our secure HIPAA servers, set up your users for HIPAA, without which your organization could be held liable for non-compliance. For specifics on HIPAA see this link from NIH.
