Communitas5

This site was developed to encourage Home Owners Associations (HOAs) into thinking that they can “go it alone,” i.e., manage their facilities themselves. But the site is really about Communitas5, a Content Management System (CMS) written by the SuperPage development team, from the ground up, to focus on a niche market. Communitas5 provides a variety of services designed to assist an HOA Board, the office staff in particular, in the carrying out of day-to-day tasks at their condo, town house community, or planned urban development. Going it alone isn’t for everyone of course, but Communitas5 offers a viable alternative for those HOAs who feel compelled to go for it.
