This site was developed to promote author Tom Fitzgerald’s book, Poor Richard’s Lament. It was developed in conjunction with Hobblebush Books, the publisher. The simple premise of this 600 page volume is that Benjamin Franklin returns to the 21st Century, and brings his (Poor Richard’s) values along with him. The contrasts between Ben Franklin’s common sense and today’s values are both stunning and disturbing. The site was written in standard HTML.
